About Our Instructor …

Stephanie Ganz is a freelance writer with bylines in Bon Appetit, Epicurious, Eater, and The Kitchn. She is a regular contributor to Richmond Magazine and Virginia Living. Before pursuing writing full-time, she worked in enterprise development, helping folks start food-based businesses. She is a classically-trained chef and a farmers market devotee.
